Here at HKN Care Services, we provide a non-compromised quality care 24/7 throughout the year. Our client can rely on us to meet all their needs in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

We carry out a comprehensive vetting process which ensures that all our staff meet the required legal requirements before being offered any positions. We have a dedicated recruitment and vetting team that puts all new applicants through at least 20 different checks to ensure only the very highest calibre of staff are accepted by HKN Care Services.

We pledge to respond to all staffing request within 15 mins.

We pledge to send candidate profiles prior to candidate’s start time.

Candidate Compliance

We guarantee to provide our clients with fully complaint candidates. All our staff are fully vetted according to the laws and guidelines set out by CQC.

Availability

We guarantee to have one of our staff available during out of office hours. Our clients can be rest assured that their staffing requests will be attended to 24/7.

Emergency covers

We pledge to provide covers for all our clients’ emergency cover needs.
